Manouk is an international Women’s work facilitator, certified Energy and Trauma Informed Somatic Holistic healer and Guide and a Yoga & Meditation teacher. Ceremonialist, Sacred Space Holder and offers international (Women’s) Retreats. Weaving ceremony and ritual in all her offerings, cultivating a safe space to guide you home to the body, the Self, each other and Mother Earth.
